General Study

The General Study is a research project open to any individual of any age, objective, or health condition.

General Study Participants' data are aggregated and analyzed based on age, handedness, and gender.

Additional information volunteered by the Participant is added to their data profile for ongoing research.

General Study Objective

To understand the effects of simple life choices on the brain at every stage of life across all demographics.

As we collect more data across all age groups and conditions, mind matter project will assist the healthcare and general public with critical information on the effects of diet, exercise, and mindfulness.

Additionally, with participant follow-up over time, we aspire to track brain activity and correlate to the participants' lifestyle.

With the findings from the General Study, we will be able to provide science based recommendations to actively manage brain health and quality of life.
